Slow Week in London

Its been a slightly slow unproductive week, not sure why, but did order some Moo cards (they have a sale,that always helps) adapted a colour of my maps for two of the designs! and of course posted plenty of things on Instagram

Which mug??

We have a cupboard full of drinking mugs and ever since the week of drinks project, I have been wanting to do something else with them!!

..........and so came about, Which Mug shall I choose today?

Halloween....

We are not a family that is in to Halloween, we may possible be the only family!! But we will cut and carve a pumpkin later, infact we have to giant ones waiting downstairs!!

A distant memory................Summer

Summer has long gone in the Uk and next week is already Autumn half term for the schools, hard to believe. Now that I am using Instagram more often, I seem to only be able to update my blog once a week............I love instagram as it is so visual and there is no need for too many words. Sorry blog I will try harder!!
This week I finished some summery ideas that had been waiting in the wings!

My Perfect Sponge Cake...

I finally got around to doing an illustrated recipe! I been keen to try some foodie things for a while.
The lovely They Draw and Cook featured it today. You can see it here along with many other gorgeous recipes.
I have a taste for this now, I feel the urge to do another one!

Fruit and Vegetable Box Part 2!

So it's already Friday and I did manage to finish my fruit and vegetable box!

Fruit Box

Every Thursday we receive a fruit and vegetable box and for ages I have wanted to create a collage of the contents, finally this week I had a window of opportunity and so I have made a start. Can't wait to finish it this week.

London............Transport!

I decided to enter the London Transport and AOI poster competition this year, it was a bit of a labour of love for me and good to do something on a bigger scale for a change, the final submission date was Sunday so I am happy I managed to complete it on time!! It was inspired by a couple of days trips that I did to The Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park in the Summer with family and friends. It is such a great addition to that area of London, I think I would go there all the time if I lived around the corner.
