My hyacinths have finally flowered and are desperately seeking light, so are growing towards the window, can't blame them really I feel the same, they smell divine and I love there colour so I am enjoying them every time I step into our living room.

Homework!!
So I guess school work can sometimes be fun, my younger son needed to do a maths homework this weekend which was all about weighing things, we decided the best way to go about this was to bake a chocolate cake!!! So with a bit of help that is what he did!

Nature in the Home
The lovely Lou at Little Green Shed has set up a great series about Nature in the Home, always loved plants and always owned plants so looking forward to joining in!
These Hyacienths were given to me last week in memory of our lovely dog Cookie who had to be put to sleep, finally the sun came out today so I could take a shot!
